1. Definitions

• “Company,” “we,” “us,” “our” – RajSaysInspire, a sole-proprietorship registered at TEST ADDRESS, Hyderabad – Telangana 500000, India.

• “Site” – www.rajsaysinspire.com and all sub-domains.

• “Services” – Our online coaching, consulting, courses, and any digital materials supplied or made available through the Site (collectively, “Programs”).

• “User,” “you,” “your,” “Client” – Any natural or legal person who visits, accesses or uses the Site or our Services.

• “Content” – All text, graphics, videos, audio, PDFs, worksheets, code, designs, trademarks, and other materials on the Site, whether owned by us or licensed to us.

2. Acceptance & Eligibility

By accessing the Site or purchasing any Services you (a) confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872, and (b) agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not continue to use the Site or Services.

3. Licence to Use the Site

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to access the Site and view its Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use and in strict accordance with these Terms.
You must not:

• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation;

• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory or harmful purpose;

• Harvest or collect personal data of other users without consent;

• Publish or transmit any content that infringes another’s intellectual-property rights, is obscene, hateful, harassing or otherwise illegal.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice if we believe you have breached these Terms.

5. Fees, Payments & No-Refund Policy

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise and are payable in full at checkout via our approved payment gateway(s).
All sales are final. We offer a strict “No-Refund” policy for all digital coaching and consulting Programs, due to immediate access to proprietary materials. By completing a purchase you waive any rights to chargeback or refund except as required by applicable law.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

We use essential and analytics cookies (Google Analytics 4) and Meta Pixel to understand traffic and improve Services. By continuing to use the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in the Privacy Policy. You may disable non-essential cookies in your browser, but the Site may not function optimally.

7. User-Generated Content

If you post comments, feedback or other material on the Site or in our private communities:

• You warrant that you own or control all rights to that content;

• You grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify and display such content in any media for business purposes;

• You agree that your content will not violate any third-party rights, contain defamatory or unlawful material, or be used for unsolicited commercial solicitation.

We may remove user content that, in our discretion, violates these Terms.

8. Third-Party Links & Tools

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use embedded tools (e.g., YouTube, payment gateways). We do not control and are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites. Access at your own risk.

9. Disclaimers

1. No Professional Advice – Information provided via the Site or Services is for educational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, mental-health or medical advice. 


2. “As-Is” Basis – The Site and Services are provided as available and as is. We make no warranties (express or implied) as to accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.

3. Results Not Guaranteed – Coaching outcomes vary by individual effort and circumstances. We make no income or performance guarantees.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RajSaysInspire, its proprietor and representatives shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data or goodwill arising from your use of the Site or Services.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the relevant Service.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RajSaysInspire, its proprietor, employees and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site or Services.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Telangana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by emailing legal@rajsaysinspire@gmail.com. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control (including acts of God, war, strikes, epidemics, internet outages or government restrictions).

14. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitute acceptance. Material changes will, where practical, be notified by email or prominent notice.

15. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our publicly posted Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RajSaysInspire regarding the Site and Services, superseding all prior agreements or communications.
