Shipping & Delivery Policy – RajSaysInspire

1. Scope

RajSaysInspire sells digital-only coaching and consulting programs. We do not ship any physical goods. This policy explains how our digital products are delivered and what you can expect after purchasing on rajsaysinspire.com or any sub-domain we control.

2. Delivery Method

• All products are delivered electronically.
• Access is provided through one or more of the following:

  1. A secure download link on the payment-confirmation page.

  2. An automated email from onboarding@rajsaysinspire.com that contains your login or download details.

  3. A WhatsApp message (if you opted in) with the same access information.

3. Delivery Timeframe

Instant access: Most purchases generate links immediately after payment.
Pre-orders / live cohorts: For programs that start later, access details will be emailed no later than 24 hours before the first live session.
• If technical delays occur, we commit to delivering access within 2 business hours of payment confirmation.

4. Confirmation of Delivery

You will receive a confirmation email that includes:

  1. Your order number and receipt.

  2. Instructions to access or download your digital product.

  3. Support contact information in case you need help.

Check your spam, junk or promotions folder if the email is not in your inbox within 15 minutes.

5. Access & Troubleshooting

• Download links are unique to you and may have time or download limits to prevent piracy.
• If a link expires or you cannot access your program, email support@rajsaysinspire.com with your order number for a fresh link.
• Save all files locally once downloaded; we are not required to host files indefinitely.

6. Updates & Version Changes

When we improve or expand a digital program, existing customers receive such updates free of charge for the lifetime of the program. Notification of updates is sent via email.

7. Refunds & Returns

Because digital products are delivered instantly and constitute proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final. See our standalone Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details. Verified duplicate or accidental charges will, of course, be reversed.

Delivery issues are typically resolved within one business day.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy periodically. Any revisions take effect once the new version is posted with an updated “Last updated” date.
