Refund & Cancellation Policy – RajSaysInspire

Because our coaching and consulting programs give you instant access to proprietary training videos, workbooks and onboarding support, all sales are final and non-refundable once your payment succeeds.
By completing your purchase you expressly waive any right to a cooling-off period or refund for digitally-delivered services under Indian Consumer-Protection rules.
If your card, UPI or wallet is inadvertently charged more than once for the same order, email support@rajsaysinspire.com within 7 days. Verified duplicate payments are reversed to the original payment method within 7-10 banking days.
If you open a chargeback or payment dispute after accessing any RajSaysInspire program:
Immediate suspension – Your member account and all materials are de-activated.
Reinstatement fee – You must repay the original purchase price plus any gateway dispute fees before access is restored.
Collections – Balances outstanding for 30 days may be referred to a collections agency and could affect your credit rating.
We accept payments through UPI, Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo, Stripe and PayPal. Each gateway’s own processing timelines determine how quickly a duplicate-charge reversal appears on your statement.
Nothing in this Policy limits rights you may have under applicable law regarding defective, non-conforming or not-as-described services. To the fullest extent permitted, such statutory remedies do not require us to issue monetary refunds once digital content has been supplied.
